How long does delivery take?

Shipping from Local Warehouse:  If the products are in stock in the local warehouse, we will give priority to ship the package out with local logistics，the delivery time is about 3-7 working days.

Shipping from China: If the products are in stock in China, we will ship the package out from China, the delivery time is about 10-20 working day.

We will deliver the product to you according to the product's stock and send you an email with instructions at the time of delivery. 

Besides, we will send the Tracking Number to you once shipping out.

What countries do you ship to?

We mainly provide transportation services to European and American countries

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon serves as one of our primary logistics partners for shipping Cococam products. They choose the carrier they feel is the best fit for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
